Operate specialized agricultural machinery safely and efficiently while following company procedures and equipment guidelines.
Reliability
Dependable and punctual, with the flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed based on seasonal and operational demands.
Safety
Maintain safe operating practices and awareness while working around agricultural machinery, crews, orchards, and other farming operations.
Driver's License
Active, valid driver’s license required.
Agricultural Experience
Previous agricultural or equipment-operating experience is preferred.
Work Environment
Ability to work outdoors in Central Valley agricultural conditions, including heat, dust, changing weather, and seasonal work demands.
